Please see below for our offered sports, tryout dates, and follow the process below to register properly. Registration with a current physical and payment of the athletic fee are MANDATORY BEFORE a student can participate in tryouts. If your child does not make the team, your registration fee will be refunded to you promptly after. If you have questions as you complete the process, please reach out to me (andre.felix@scienceandtech.org). 

In order to be part of any AST athletics, the registration process below MUST be completed

1. Have a current sports physical from your doctor 
   • Students registering for athletics must have a current physical examination on file before the student is authorized to participate in practice/tryouts. To ensure clearance for participation, physicals should be handed into the Athletics Department for initial processing two weeks prior to the start of the season.
   • Physicals are valid for 12 months from the date of the last exam and must not expire prior to the end of the participating season.  
   • Here is a resource to find a sports physical location near the school. Any urgent care center will help with this also! 
2. Register for the sport you'd like to play on Rschool and upload a picture or file of your sports physical there. 
3. Pay the athletic fee for your season:
   • $75: High School Athletic Fee Link 
   • $50: Middle School Athletic Fee Link
4. Wait for a fully cleared email from the athletics department!
